We absolutely love our vet! Dr. Rosebrock always takes such great care of our dogs and never makes us feel rushed. She takes the time to answer our questions and truly cares. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, and we’re incredibly grateful for the wonderful care they provide. We highly recommend them!

My almost 4 year old malamute stopped eating over the weekend and was very weak. I called numerous vets first thing Monday morning praying someone could see him. These guys not only made room for him in the schedule but there was not wait time. Hes a bit timid with strangers but the staff all knew exactly how to approach him and made him feel comfortable. The vet examined him and explained everything she needed to do. It is an expensive treatment plan but they assured me they will will work with me on payments. Today they sent a text to check on how he was doing on the medication they prescribed. We are planning to leave our current veterinary clinic and transferring our other dog and our cat there as well. I am very pleased with the service we received and feel very comfortable with his upcoming treatment.

We always have a great experience. They treat our dog like their own and help ease his (and our) anxieties while there. They are extremely responsive and professional. We highly recommend. A special shoutout to Dr. Pontius who is great with our very large and very particular dog!

Excellent vet service. Our dog received x-rays and blood work with results in less than 30 minutes. They provided the RX before we left. High level of confidence in the training and knowledge of the doctor and staff.

Amazing all around! Dr. Radde treated my dog Boomer like a king (he is) and offered lots of love and treats. Both her and her nurses were incredibly kind, answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly and had us in and out very quickly, no fuss. I left with a smile on my face and Boomer with an extra wag in his tail. Can't recommend West Suburban enough!
