Doctor Roger is absolutely amazing. The staff is always caring and friendly to all my fur kids and me. They get back promptly when I have questions. Mark is always a shining light.

We had great service from them most of the time. Our dogs were well taken care of. Only reason we stopped using them was the distance from us and an issue with our dog have a hematoma in his ear that they did laser treatments that took way too long and became pricey for each treatment. They could have done old school Lance and drain and we may have stayed with them. They saved our dog two times with surgery and after we left and went to another vet, the other vet couldn't figure out he had cancer and we were sent to 3 different locations. Maybe had we stayed they would have caught it early enough. Over all, they are a good vetinarians and I woukd suggest them to people who are looking.

I'm so glad I found this veterinary practice and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! I've been here five times now, most recently for a dental cleaning, and four of those visits have been with my primary vet, Dr. Severt — she's absolutely wonderful. From the moment I started bringing my cat here, everyone at this location has treated us both with genuine respect and care. The vet tech's patience and reassurance before and after his procedure were exceptional — truly above and beyond. It's clear how well they treat him just by watching him at home afterward: he settles back into his routine almost immediately, which hasn't been the case with other vets in the past. Dr. Severt and her whole team have earned a loyal client. Thank you for everything you do to keep our pets safe, healthy, and happy 😻
