Staff was very friendly and the doctor and aid were so gentle with my fearful cat. They were able to get him weighed, Examined and administer his shots with no problem at all. Long wait time but the service was worth the wait. Definitely going back to this vet for all my pets needs.

I've been going to West Toledo Animal Hospital for 7 years now, and they are the only folks I trust with my fur babies. Everyone I encounter there is always kind, and thorough with my concerns about my pets. My dog, Teddy always loves coming in for his appointments. I won't go anywhere else!

There are vets who care about animals and vets who care about money. This place cares about the money. I took my dog here for about two years. The staff is rude and argumentative. The doctors are inconsistent. One time they charged me their same day work in rate for an appointment I had made 2 weeks ahead of time. Their explanation was that it was the time slot I was scheduled — that they offered to me. They didn’t adjust the rate. I finally took my dog to a different vet and got an antibiotic for his teeth that I'd been asking for here for a year. He’s not a good candidate for a cleaning because he has congestive heart failure. The other vet agreed, prescribed an antibiotic and a week later he’s got his spunk back. I feel terrible that I subjected both of us to this vet for as long as I did. If you want good care—go somewhere else.
